Healing with the Elements

Sweat Lodge /Temazcal Is been an amazing tool for me in this life. It’s a space where I made peace with prayers. Cause prayer really mean sending a wish to spirit instead of worrying. Being grateful, witch really as human this is what make the world full circle. We been gifted words to describe poetically the beauty of life.

Temazcal is a beautiful way to sweat all the toxins out of the body to start over with new clean Water and hopefully stay away from unhealthy patterns/ habits / toxin that no longer serve us. First we have let go of our toxicity and the built up of emotions in our being that could have turn into illnesses , it often show up has pain in the body. Inside mother womb (the lodge) sitting in the dark where no body can see me but me I am being heard. I find it important cause I energetically work with lots of peoples doing massage and this energy that some time stay in me need to be send back to the Hot rocks (the grand fathers).

Going into the sweat lodge is a space/ritual where I like to fallow the tread of my ancestor my masculine side and especially healing the connection to the mother. Healing my relationship with the life giver, my womb, my Mother womb, my grand mother womb…..And the children to come. Acknowledging all the work that is been done before me to be in this body, on this health. When Im in alignment with this inner knowing I also heal my relationship with the masculine and my inner masculine. If I am strong, I know my boundaries and communicate them well It allow me to co create a beautiful life on a nice fertile soil. It’s a space where I can hear my inner voice. Lessoning to the womb wisdom. It’s teaching me how to be in alignment with my tru desire, what my soul is here to do and this start with caring for my self and praying for the one I love. Instead of worrying for them I pray for them, I see them well. It's a place where I lesson to the land . When we come out of the womb / the sweat lodge it’s a rebirth, they’re this glow we carry from the elemental medicine, and this bliss that we carry is being felt to every persons that we meet along the way and that transform them as well. Those good herbal medicine and water molecules they ripples out just like the butterfly effect.
